Outer philtrum reduction

Before <----> After

I had outer philtrum reduction surgery.

As I got older, my philtrum looked longer and made me look gloomy,

and people seemed to think I looked older, so I worried and worried again,

then decided to have surgery~ Philtrum surgery is not very widely known,

and at first I worried a lot because of swelling, but after the swelling went down,

I thought I was glad I did it without overthinking..^^

Also, with just philtrum reduction, my face looks more delicate and smaller,

at least that is how it feels.
