It's been 2 weeks since my philtrum reduction surgery and I'm so satisfied that I decided to write a post on the website.
I was always self-conscious because my long philtrum made my face look longer and older.
And when I took photos, my philtrum would stand out so much and make my face look even longer, so I really hated both taking and being in photos.
Even so, I couldn't decide to have surgery because I was worried about scarring, but this time I made a big decision and got the philtrum reduction.
These days wearing a mask when working or going out briefly is a must, so it seemed like a great time to recover from surgery while going about my life,
and Hyundai Aesthetic Surgery, which explained my concerns the best and had decent aftercare, was the one I trusted most, so I went with them.
On the consultation day I was a little nervous, but the clinic staff were kind, and the surgeon designed the proportions to suit my face and
I actually felt calm, and the professional aura gave me confidence that they would handle everything well,
so I left everything to the surgeon and I'm truly satisfied.
After the surgery, there wasn't much pain or swelling, and I could already see my philtrum was shorter right away, which was amazing.
On the day of stitch removal, they said the progress was good and the philtrum had shortened considerably,
and the scar didn't look as bad as I had feared, so I was happy.
I'm at 2 weeks now, and I hope time passes quickly and the visible scar fades soon.
Anyway, so far I'm very pleased with the result of the surgery.
