The importance of the nasal tip.. I realized it after getting rhinoplasty this time haha.
I had filler in my bridge before, but as time passed,
the filler spread and made my bridge look thick.
On top of that, my nasal tip was droopy, so it looked completely like an Avatar nose;;

but I heard that if I later got rhinoplasty, it would count as revision surgery,

I wondered what would happen with the nose filler I had before,
and the director said we should dissolve the nose filler one week before surgery first,
then proceed with the operation.
If you have had nose filler, I think this is good to keep in mind.
They made the bridge line with silicone and raised the tip with septal cartilage plus ear cartilage,
and I really love the angle so, so much.
And like I said at first, the nasal tip! This is really important haha.
It feels like the nose comes alive only when the tip is alive.
