I had nose surgery 10 years ago.

Back then, unlike now, there were no semi-straight or straight lines; the trend was just to make it high.

So I followed the trend and got it made as high as possible.

But after 10 years, the tip gradually collapsed and drooped,

so compared with the high bridge, the balance was completely off.

I changed the bridge to lower silicone,

and revived the columella support and the tip area with donated rib cartilage and ear cartilage.

I also had nostril reduction together, so the strong-looking impression became softer.

It is the trendy semi-straight line these days; does it look like it came out well??
