My nose tip had drooped, so I got a nose revision surgery
Originally I was only thinking about revising the tip,
but after consulting with Dr. Hwang at Hyundai Aesthetic Surgery,
he said the tip had collapsed but the dorsal silicone was too high,
making my nose look longer
When he said that, I really did think my nose looked way too long
I was so surprised — it really showed me why you need to consult a specialist
When viewed from the front my nostrils were quite prominent, so I asked about alar reduction too,
but he said alar reduction wasn't necessary — just lowering the bridge and lifting the tip would fix it
I loved that he only recommended what was truly needed
So for the surgery, we swapped to a slightly lower silicone implant
and used donated rib cartilage to build up the tip
Comparing before and after photos, my pre-revision nose looked like a playground slide,
but now it's a perfect straight columella line and I absolutely love it
