My nose was both flat and short 😢
Before surgery I was in the habit of heavily retouching my nose in photos
and got tired of retouching every time I took a picture, so I decided to get rhinoplasty
I got a CT scan of my nose at Hyundai Aesthetic Surgery,
and they recommended against using my septal cartilage because it was too small
So I used donated rib cartilage to build the columella and had the rhinoplasty done
I was worried that going too high for a flat nose would look obvious,
but it came out naturally just the way I wanted — a straight line
Now I take selfies without any retouching at all and it's so convenient 😆
