Hump nose surgery done

I had implant-free rhinoplasty at Hyundai Aesthetic Surgery><

I had thought about nose surgery for a long time, but I worried it would look too obvious.

At consultation I told the director that I really disliked anything pointy and artificial.

Then the director said that since I had a hump nose, they could osteotomize the protruding bone

and plus, if they lifted only the tip with autologous cartilage, 

it could come out with the natural feeling I wanted.

In other words, they recommended only hump nose surgery and tip surgery!

It was my first time having a knife touch my face, so I was very worried,

but the director understood my needs clearly,

and it came out as the natural straight-slightly curved nose I imagined!!><
