My upper-arm fat was so thick that it stressed me out,
and even though I exercised and tried every method for slimming arms, nothing workedㅜㅜ
For fat that would not go away even with exercise, I thought liposuction was the answer,
so I decided on arm liposuction.
The biggest reason I decided on arm lipo was that I wanted to regain my confidence.. haha
Because my arms were so thick, I could not wear clothes I liked,
and wherever I went, my confidence just kept dropping..ㅜㅜ;;
Right after lipo, the swelling and bruising were really severe at first.
The compression garment felt tight too, so it was a bit hard,
but I could see my arm line gradually getting slimmer!
Seeing that helped me get through the difficult time.
Even now, whenever I look at my arm line, I feel so proud.
It really was worth getting lipo haha
