I had revision rhinoplasty with Director Hwang, and now I finally really like my nose.
My concern was that my nose was very bulbous and also low,
so I had a Hiko nose procedure at a previous clinic.
But after that, the procedure was painful, and more importantly, there was no effect,
so unfortunately I ended up having it removed and living that way.
Then I hit a phase where I disliked my face, and while wondering how to fix this low, bulbous nose,
I eventually started looking into nose surgery,
but because of the procedure I had before,
I had to look into it as revision rhinoplasty.... TT
I had no idea where to even start, so it felt completely dark,
but the direction Director Hwang at Hyundai Aesthetic Surgery recommended
seemed to match the low-nose surgery I had in mind,
so I had rhinoplasty using donated rib cartilage, ear cartilage, and silicone.
Unlike the procedure that had been no use at all,
the bridge and tip blend naturally together,
and I think it came out as a natural nose line.
I just hope I can keep it like this for the rest of my life.
