My bridge had some height, but my tip really was not good,
so I wanted to fix only the tip haha.
Hyundai Aesthetic Surgery said implant-free rhinoplasty was possible, so I had the surgery.
Before nose surgery I did not realize it, but after surgery when I took selfies,
I realized once again how important the nose is haha.
I did not want to use septal cartilage, so I built it with donated rib cartilage!
Before surgery, my nose was long and droopy,
so side-profile photos looked so bad that I always edited them,
but now I do not need any retouching at all!!
Maybe because I only had tip surgery without an implant in the bridge,
my nose line looks natural but also glamorous, so I really love it.
