Natural first rhinoplasty~ Nose bridge, tip, and nostril reduction

My nose was really such an ugly nose...

So I wanted to change everything, from the bridge to the tip and even the nostrils.

But since my nose was honestly so unattractive, I wondered if it could really become pretty,

I had the bridge and tip done plus nostril reduction, and I wanted a naturally slim
