[Model recruitment conditions]
· Those whose before/after and process photos or videos can be taken and made public,
to be used as online/offline SNS media and in-clinic consultation materials
· Hyundai Aesthetic Surgery complies with medical law.
In accordance with medical law, free surgery is not possible.
The procedure will be carried out through legal procedures, limited to a nominal anesthesia/materials fee.

· Name, age, contact, region, how you heard about us:
· Desired surgery name: (For revision surgery, please write out your entire surgical history.)
· Submitted photos
* Submit original photos with no cropping or retouching whatsoever.
* Photos must be taken as of the day you apply as a model.
Bare-face photos: 90° / 45° / front / 45° / 90° (5 photos including left/right)
Full-makeup photos: 90° / 45° / front / 45° / 90° (5 photos including left/right)
