Maybe it’s because I kept putting it off, and now the rainy season is over and the weather has definitely gotten hotter.
I feel like I really can’t delay it anymore, so I’ve started looking for diet methodsㅠㅠ
There are truly so many options, from meal plans to exercise.
But finding a method that suits me and that I can keep doing for a long time feels really difficult.
I do think combining it with exercise is definitely the best way...
For now, the one that seems worth trying is the Denmark Diet!!!
I had heard a lot about it before.
When I looked it up, there were really many people who had seen results from the Denmark Diet.
Just looking at the meal plan, it does seem quite strict, so I’m a bit worried...
Since I’m already craving spicy, flavorful food, I wonder if my willpower is lacking...

On my way home from work, I’m going to buy the ingredients I need!
I think I just need to buy eggs, grapefruit, toast bread, and some simple vegetables for now!
