The eligibility requirements for Hyundai Aesthetic Surgery's plastic surgery model recruitment are as follows.

· Those who agree to have their materials used on online/offline social media channels and as in-clinic consultation materials

· Those who can have their pre- and post-surgery images and process photographed or filmed and publicly shared

For plastic surgery model recruitment, please submit the required information below.

1. Required Information

· Name, age, contact information, region, and reason for applying as a plastic surgery model

· Desired surgery name (if it is a revision surgery, include previous surgery history)

2. Submitted Photos

· Please submit original photos with no cropping or retouching whatsoever.

· The photos must be taken as of the day you apply to be a model.

· Please refer to the guidelines below and submit a total of 10 photos.

3. Photo Types and Angles (Guidelines)

· Bare-face photos: left/right 90 degrees, 45 degrees, and front view (5 photos)

· Everyday selfies: left/right 90 degrees, 45 degrees, and front view (5 photos)

- If you do not have everyday selfies from multiple angles, please submit 5 front-view photos.

4. Detailed Application Method for Plastic Surgery Model Recruitment

· Please scan the QR code, add us as a friend, and then send the model application form with

the required text and photos attached.

· Only applicants who meet the model requirements and are selected will be contacted within 14 days.

Hyundai Aesthetic Surgery complies with the Medical Service Act.

Therefore, under the Medical Service Act, free surgery is not available.

However, model recruitment will proceed through lawful procedures, limited to nominal anesthesia and material costs,

so we ask for your interest and support.
